Project Details
Group Mackenzie provided full professional services for the master plan and design of this corporate headquarters, recipient of a BEST award from the City of Portland's Office of Sustainable Development. This campus will include two office buildings, a manufacturing building, and related site development on 29 acres. The first phase of the three-phase plan was a 280,000 SF four-story office building and 120,000 SF manufacturing facility on 29 acres. The project included master planning, programming, space planning, and design. A programming matrix was developed into a series of schematic space plan studies that blocked out each floor. Collaboration with the client and end-user provided further enhancements to the plans, which laid the groundwork for the final design. Working closely with the client, our firm developed the main lobby, cafeteria, conference rooms, and other support areas to meet their requirements and reflect the desired image.
