Port of Hood River
Project Details
Group Mackenzie’s planners are collaborating with the Port of Hood River to develop a new vision for this 30-acre waterfront site. The site is a mix of industrial, commercial, and public uses, and serves as the city’s recreational access to the Columbia River, as well as a land resource for job creation and retention. Our team has worked with the Port commission and staff to identify public objectives and development principles that will frame the master plan. The scope of work includes concept land use plans, specific site plans, and a development strategy that includes potential zoning changes, lot line adjustments, and other implementation tools.
